SUMMARY OF WORK

The VA Replacement Medical Center Facility was an $800 million project located in Aurora, CO. The replacement facility includes inpatient facilities, diagnostic and treatment facilities and clinic buildings. The buildings are connected through a concourse with numerous parking structures located throughout the project. The entire project was designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification through the United States Green Building Council. Cole Construction's scope of work included:
